Job Title: Female Client Relationship Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Female Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking client calls, building strong relationships, and motivating potential clients to visit our office. Once clients visit our office, you will attend in-person meetings and guide them on how they can start a business in Dubai, invest in the Dubai market, and take the necessary steps to open a call center in their home countries. Additionally, you will attend meetings with other staff members, collaborating to close deals and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

Answer client calls, provide information, and build strong relationships.
Motivate clients to visit the office for further consultation and discussions.
Follow up with potential clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
In-Person Client Meetings:

Welcome clients to the office and attend in-person meetings.
Explain how clients can start a business in Dubai, invest in the Dubai market, and the benefits of doing business in the region.
Guide clients through the necessary steps to open a call center in their home countries, providing them with tailored advice and solutions.
Address client queries, concerns, and assist in their decision-making process.
Collaborative Deal Closing:

Attend meetings with other staff members and actively participate in discussions to help close deals.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met and business objectives are achieved.
Follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts to ensure successful deal closure.
Market Knowledge & Client Education:

Stay informed about the Dubai market trends, investment opportunities, and legalities related to starting businesses in Dubai.
Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information regarding market conditions, legal frameworks, and investment potential in Dubai.
Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and deal progress.
Prepare and submit regular reports on client engagement, meetings, and business development activities.
Qualifications:

Female candidate preferred (as per role requirements).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management or business development roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and influence clients to take action.
Knowledge of the Dubai market, business setup processes, and investment opportunities is highly desirable.
Experience in dealing with international clients and cross-cultural communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluent in English (additional languages, particularly Arabic, are a plus).
