Key Responsibilities:
• Drives new sales opportunities, expands and enhances existing opportunities to build and manage dedicated pipeline in the assigned territories.
• Is informed about competitor solutions and tactical moves to strategically position RQ8’s products with maximum effectiveness.
• Develops business plans and manages the pipeline to ensure alignment with product managers.
• Establishes a professional consultative, relationship with customers by developing a core understanding of their unique business needs and articulating RQ8’s value in accordance with these drivers.
• Contributes to proposal development, negotiations and deal closings.
• Works closely with marketing and product teams to ensure strategy alignment and best practice execution
• Drives sales programs to achieve monthly targets
• Ensures timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting
