•Promote the company’s produc addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
•Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients.
•Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
•Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
•Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
•Bachelor's degree in a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a customer care environment.
•Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
•Excellent leadership and team management skills.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving performance improvement.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
•Proficiency in English & Hindi language (written and verbal).
•Good to have Telugu language.
