Responsibilities:
•Promote business in both the property management, leasing and real estate sales
•Identify and establish relationship with individual and multiple unit holders
•Follow up and close deals with commercial and residential unit holders
•Listing of real estate units lease and sales on company website
•Create, develop and exploit commercial opportunities to increase the company’s income through existing and potential new clients
Education & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
•Minimum 3 years of Business Developme experience, preferably in the real estate industry
•Strong client relationship management skills
•Excellent negotiation skills
•Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
