•Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as production output, cycle time, and defect rate, to identify areas for improvement.
•Develop and implement production schedules, resource plans, and workflow processes to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
•Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
•Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, effectively across production and construction activities to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
•Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor quality performance and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
•Provide leadership and direction to production and construction teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancement through data analysis and performance evaluation.
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
•A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a similar role.
