Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate and private clients.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Prepare and present tailored catering proposals to potential clients.
*Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
*Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
*Attend networking events and industry functions to promote the company’s services.
*Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
-Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Strong network within the local market is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Must hold a valid Kuwait residence (visa18)
