Job Summary:
The Sales Executive Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling entertainment center services, including arcade games, party packages, corporate events, and special promotions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, customer relationship management experience, and a passion for the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, event organizers, and potential customers.
Promote and sell party packages, group bookings, and membership programs.
Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community outreach programs.
Suggest and implement sales strategies to attract more customers.
Monitor competitors and market trends to develop competitive sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results- driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media marketing.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
