Able to prepare and submit menus as per restaurant concept to Executive Chef.
Fluent in all areas of Food Hygiene and safety.
Strong Leadership skills with the ability to train multi-cultural team.
1 - 2 years experience in similar position in a Hotel Restaurant in UAE with beach restaurant concept.
