Job Summary:
The Tourism Specialist is responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional travel and tourism services to clients. This includes providing expert advice, planning tailored itineraries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for tourists. The role requires an in-depth knowledge of the tourism industry, local attractions, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Tour Planning & Coordination:

Design, plan, and organize personalized itineraries based on clients' preferences, ensuring a high-quality travel experience.
Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodation, activities, and excursions.
Collaborate with local service providers, including hotels, tour operators, and guides, to secure the best available options for clients.
Client Consultation & Support:

Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients regarding destinations, travel options, and cultural experiences.
Offer timely and effective responses to client inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving any issues that may arise during travel.
Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel doentation, such as visas, permits, and insurance.
Marketing & Promotion:

Assist in the promotion of tourism services and packages, working closely with the marketing team to create appealing offers.
Maintain and update promotional materials, including brochures, websites, and social media platforms, to reflect current travel trends and services.
Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered, enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Handle client complaints and feedback professionally, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Industry Knowledge & Research:

Stay up-to-date with tourism industry trends, destination developments, and new travel technologies.
Research and recommend emerging travel destinations, activities, and services to enhance the company’s offerings.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
Prepare travel-related doentation, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
Assist with budgeting and cost management for travel packages and services.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in tourism, travel planning, or customer service (minimum [X] years preferred).
In-depth knowledge of tourist destinations, culture, and travel logistics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment..

Fluency in [English languages] preferred and Additional Language Tagalog, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil.

Full-time position with occasional weekend and evening hours required, based on client needs.
Travel may be required for site inspections, meetings, and events.
