Kabul Continental Camel Restaurant is looking for a highly-skilled, experienced, and innovative Chef who strives to provide excellent results in an efficient and professional manner. A chef who focuses on product, service, and presentation in handling the design, creation, and execution of great quality and innovative foods.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations.
Create new dishes on a monthly basis.
Maintaini the food’s profit margins.
Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
Taking care of the kitchen’s accounts and creating a work roster.
Work with the nutrition and quality control department to ensure clients' feedbacks are addressed.
Find ways to improve kitchens efficiency.
Having experience in preparing fast foods like Checkin wings and Pizza is a must
Having experience in preparing Afghani foods like Palaw, Qabuli Palaw, Afghani Kabab is a must
Having experience in preparing different types of Kabab is a must
At least two years of experience as being chef
High School Diploma or equivalent. Further education in Culinary Arts would be an added advantage.
