- Directing and participating in the preparation and serving of meals.
- Determines timing and sequence of operations required to meet serving times.
- Inspects galley and equipment for cleanliness
- Oversees proper storage and preparation of food.
- Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years experience as Chief Cook for Base Ca or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess catering certificate or equivalent.
- Candidate must be Muslim.
- Preferred nationality (Malaysian)
- Age 25-45years old
- Willing to be assigned in Iraq (Company Location)
- Salary will be discussed upon interview
