- Answer Customer Calls, Messages, and Queries across various channels (Emails, Phone, Social Media, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Provide Excellent Customer Support by Addressing Inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with event-related queries and coordination
- Maintain a positive and professional communication style at all times.
- Must have Strong Communication Skills
- Arabic Speaker Preferred (Fluency in English is a plus)
- Must be 30 Years Old Below
