Job Description

•Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customer’s experience
•Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, select
•Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right metho
•Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
•Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file doents


Candidate Requirements

Strong understanding of the company’s products and services to address customer questions.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Quality focus, people oriented.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Nationality - Philippines
Transferable visa no 18
