Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering orders to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and representing our company with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers’ locations.
Ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete, verifying customer orders before leaving the store or warehouse.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
Maintain and care for the delivery vehicle or bike, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Provide excellent customer service, including polite communication and handling of any customer queries.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery and any issues encountered.
Collect payments when necessary and manage cash or digital transactions securely.
Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.

Qualifications:
