As a Limousine Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and luxurious transportation services to our esteemed clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a premium customer experience through punctuality, exceptional service, and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle presentation.
Responsibilities:
Safe and Efficient Transportation: Safely operate a luxury limousine to transport clients to their desired destinations in and around Dubai, adhering to all UAE traffic laws and company regulations.
Punctuality and Time Management: Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs according to the client's schedule. Plan and optimize routes to avoid traffic congestion and ensure efficient travel.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide a consistently high level of customer service, anticipating client needs and offering assistance with luggage, entry, and exit of the vehicle. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the limousine to the highest standards. Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly. Ensure the vehicle is well-stocked with necessary amenities (e.g., water, tissues, charging cables, if applicable).
Route Knowledge and Navigation: Possess excellent knowledge of Dubai's roads, landmarks, and major destinations. Utilize GPS systems and other navigation tools effectively.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or any changes in itinerary.
Handling Client Requests: Address client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Adherence to Company Policies: Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
Professional Appearance: Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the company's dress code.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License: Must possess a valid UAE driving license, preferably with an RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) limousine permit or the eligibility to obtain one. Ensure the license has a clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
Experience: Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably as a limousine or chauffeur driver in Dubai, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Knowledge of Dubai: Thorough knowledge of Dubai's roads, traffic patterns, and key locations. Familiarity with using GPS and navigation apps.
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on providing a premium experience.
Professionalism: Impeccable grooming, a professional attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the client schedules.
NOC (No Objection Certificate) from a previous employer (if applicable).
