Responsibilities:
• Support the Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work.
• Coordinate and participate with other sections.
• Provide direction to the Kitchen helpers.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in ensuring that food production and quality are consistent with the needs of the restaurant.
• Take care of daily food preparation.
• Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction.
• Check expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
• Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Diploma or Higher in Hospitali arts is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Should have at least 1 year experience .
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Attentive to details.
• Teamwork.
• Able to handle multiple tasks.
• communication skills in English.
• Time-management.
