Key Responsibilities:
1-Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
2-Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
3-Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports.
4-Engage with followers, respond to commen, and foster community interactions.
5-Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with business goals and campaigns.
6-Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media trends.
7-Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing content.
8-Run paid social media advertising campaigns and track their performance.
9-Monitor competitors’ social media activities and suggest improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management (1-3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
