Job Description

Social Media Strategy & Activation:
• Develop the long-term strategic direction for and oversee all social media strategic planning and executional efforts across Quill’s client portfolio
• Create and enact social media strategies that significantly increase clients’ social presence for brand awareness, perception, and preference
• Leverage the digital, social media, content and creative assets of Quill’s team and partners
• Establish benchmarks and methods to measure the effectiveness of digit media platforms and initiatives
• Increase efficiency and provide high impact value through social media listening and moderation tools
• Collaborate with the paid media and PR teams to maximize the effectiveness of our digit media assets
• Advise and execute on social governance policies, best practices and up to date social media trends
• Upsell and cross-sell Quill services to clients that show added value and increased impact
 
Client Servicing:
• Provide strategic advice and high level consultancy to clients, maintaining the agency’s position as an extension to the clients’ internal teams
• Ensure timely fulfilment of all client deliverables and efficient client liaison to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
• Collect and act upon feedback from clients and account managers on a regular basis
• Understand clients’ communication and business objectives to ensure alignment and added value

 
Insights & Analytics:
• Establish benchmarks and methods to measure the effectiveness of our digit media marketing programs and initiatives
• Monitor the performance of all clients for consistent brand growth
• Manage and distribute actionable social media reports to all internal and external stakeholders
 
Leadership:
• Motivate, manage, mentor and direct the team toward effectiveness and high impact achievements
• Effectively manage the talent and build high performing team(s)
• Mentor, educate and develop staff
• Create innovative opportunities for direct reports to increase performance and build the department’s bench strength
• Work and communicate effectively with management team and other departments to clearly articulate, activate and report out the results and subsequent action plans across all digit media programs
 
Learning:
• Continuous learning and self-education for all aspects of social media as they evolve, including content, creatives, strategies and approaches
• Taking inspiration from other fields to inspire innovative approaches to social media account management
