Roles and Responsibilities Pre-Contract
• Preparing cost plans.
• Receiving tender doents from the develope and studying the nature of the projects.
• Quantity take-off using Plan swift & Auto-cad.
• Preparing tender queries in-case more clarifications or more information needed.
• Creating RFQ packages, sending & following up enquiries in-order to get the current market prices & quotation.
• Once receiving the quotations, preparing rate analysis & comparison in-order to get the best price from the market. Further to have meetings for more discounts and negotiations.
• Pricing the BOQ and presenting to the Higher-level management for approval prior to the final tender submissions.
• Compiling the tender doents for final submissions.
Roles and Responsibilities Post-Contract
• Assist in the administration of Electrical contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Monitor and track costs related to Electrical works, comparing actual costs against budgeted amounts.
• Assist in the preparation of cost reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for Electrical components.
• Support the management of variations and change orders for Electrical systems. Preparing & submitting of variations.
• Contribute to the measurement and valuation of completed Electrical works for interim and final payments.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports detailing the status of Electrical works and financial milestones.
• Assist in the assessment and evaluation of subcontractor payment applications for Electrical packages.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all post-contract Electrical-related doents, including correspondences, certificates, and reports.
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide support for Electrical -related post-contract activities.
Salary - Negotiable
