Job Responsibilities:
· Mapping of project
· Accountable for bringing New Projects
· Able to Manage various projects relating to Building Solutions with presales & design team
· Obtain business : ELV, IBMS, IT, Security systems, Automation,
· To generate Sales Leads and Identify Opportunities with independent strategies.
· Prospects and Funnel Building from the Leads generated,
· Sales Presentation and Positioning with New and Key Accounts.
· Identification of Customer Business Plan and Decision-Making Process.
· Solution – Proposal making, BoQ & Cost Sheet Preparations, Sales follow ups.
· Order Closures and Payment Collection (Zero Debt recovery).
· Track and review Customer Account for further opportunities.
Technical Knowledge:
· IT, , Security systems, , CCTV, ACS, and other ELV Systems
· CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, PA Systems,
· Gate Automation, GRMS, LC, Nurse Calling System, Door Interlocking Systems,
· parking system & Evacuation Systems, AV & Automation, IP Video Surveillance
