Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Training Specialist to join our Collections team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring call quality, providing constructive feedback, and conducting training programs to ensure high performance, compliance, and continuous development of our collections team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate inbou collection calls for quality assurance and compliance.
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and feedback to collection agents.
Design, develop, and deliver training modules for new hires and existing staff.
Maintain training records and assess training effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Collections Manager to improve processes and training content.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Support ongoing development initiatives and performance improvement plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a collections or contact center environment, with at least 1 year in a quali role.
Strong knowledge of collections processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and call monitoring systems.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
