The ideal candidate is a seasoned chef with extensive background in Japanese and Thai Cuisine. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with the lounge manager in the overall food and beverage operations.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an executive chef or head chef with expertise in Japanese and Thai Cuisine
-Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs
-Excellent communication, organizational skills and customer service attitude
-Experience working within budget
-Basic computer skills
-Degree in culinary or equivalent
