Culinary or equivalent qualifications
Higher Level Food Hygiene Qualification
Trainer Certificate or equivalent
Executive Head Chef experience in a multi-site venue
Experience in leading a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong IT skills and Financial
Ability to work as part of a team on your own initiative
