A. Purpose and Scope
To be responsible for handling Qatar region HR and compliance. Effectively managing and driving all operational process
and employee relations.
B. Responsibilities and Duties
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Sourcing applicants from various online channels and briefing potential candidates on open position as per job
opening.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms and share with hiring manager.
• Maintain recruitment tracker, other hiring related trackers and share with HOD.
• Coordinate and Schedule Interview with candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
• To get interview assessment forms filled by interviewers and keeping record of the same.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries if any.
• Follow hiring SOP as per company policy and close all open positions within 15 calendar days.
• Doentation of all the new joiners and processing visa, labour contract and Insurance on the first day of joining.
• Inducting new joiners on Company Policy and Conduct.
• Coordinating with the PRO, for all boarding formalities as per compliance.
Operations
• Managing employee life cycle and performing transactional jobs such as preparing employment related letters,
salary certificate, NOC, salary slips, experience letter etc.
• To manage leave and attendance of all center employees and sharing with corporate office on month closure.
• To inform increment and promotion related request to HOD received from the center and execute the same post
approval from stakeholders.
• Keep track of probation due date of employees and managing entire probation confirmation process.
• Managing employees exits – voluntary and involuntary. Conducting exit interviews and managing other exit
formalities.
• Support and perform any additional task assigned as and when required.
Compliance & Legal Issues
• Drive and ensure 100% adherence of compliance during employee exits.
• Keep updated with labour laws and amendments to recommend HOD for changes.
• Prepare and file compliance reports.
• Represent organisation at various authorities.
• Act as first point of contact for legal cases filed by employees in labour / court.
Event Management
• To organise center events on occasion of any festivals or celebrations.
• Prepare budgets and seek approval from relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain bills and submit to finance of event expenses.

1. Qualification, Knowledge, Experience
a) Academic Qualification & Professional Qualification in HR.
b) Experience (minimum preferred)
• Total 3+ years of experience required.
