We are looking for Executive Pastry Chef to work with us as consultant to do the following:
Problem solver, think outside the box
Product development and improvement specifically pastries
Create new pastry products such as pastries, cookies and other baked goods, developing new and unique recipes
Provide SOP manual for pastry team including sanitation and hygiene
Help kitchens to become more efficient and cost effective
Provide training to staff according to new recipe provided by the Consultant
You are a current Pastry Consultant of any pastry shop, coffee shop or related businesses.
You must be a resident of Bahrain and available to conduct the product creation and tasting
This position is for a short-term employment and part-time but possible for long-term depending on the business needs. You will be paid accordingly as per the agreed contract, services and terms of payment.
