Job Description

Job Summary:

The Export Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's export operations. This role involves developing and implementing export strategies, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and partners, and driving sales growth in international markets.  

Responsibilities:

Export Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and opportunities.
Analyze export data and trends to optimize sales performance.
Prepare export budgets and forecasts.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and develop new export customers and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with overseas partners.  
Prepare and present export quotations and proposals.
Manage export sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
Attend international trade shows and exhibitions.
Export Operations and Logistics:
Coordinate all export logistics, including shipping, doentation, and customs clearance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and procedures.
Manage export doentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers.
Track and monitor export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve any export-related issues or delays.
Compliance and Doentation:
Stay updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all export doentation.
Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.
Manage export licenses and permits.
Ensure compliance with all import regulations of the destination country.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service to international clients.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Maintain regular communication with overseas customers.
Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular export sales reports and performance analyses.
Monitor and analyze export costs and profitability.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve export operations.
