Sales and Biz development.
Generate business opportunities through customer contact to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies.
Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals.
Lead and track the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations.
Negotiate potential contract extensions when needed.
Liaise internally with other departments as and when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
• Commercially oriented with at least 3~4 years of progressive business development, sales, experience in the similar industry (FM)
• Candidate should have an Engineering degree &/ or Business degree in Sales / Marketing a with equivalent work experience.
• Should be highly flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, fluent in English
• UAE experience is a must.
• UAE valid driving license is a must.
