He will be directly responsible for the planning preparation and production schedule of required joinery for the company's various projects. You will need an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of joinery manufacturing.
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; • Ensuring that the production is cost effective; • Working out the human and material resources needed. • Drafting a timescale for the job.
Fully conversant with all types of manual woodworking machinery and to be fully conversant with all types of woodworking machinery. Good leadership Organization coordination skills Excellent communication negotiation skills.
