· Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers through the various channels, including but not limited to: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Event & Activations, Influencers, Offline Media etc…
· Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
· Brief and coordinate the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity and design content
· Work within a budget by preparing budget and KPI plan for each campaign
· Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
· Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
· Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of KPIs
· Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign-offs
· Take responsibility for the organisation of any events, activations and influencer campaigns
Keep abreast of current trends in marketing, competition and trends and create week reports for internal distribution
