-Responsible in assuring guest satisfaction through consistent and accurate checking of products, ingredients according to Standards and Job Functions in crossed trained stations.
-Follows up on trained elements and tasks, on a daily basis.
-Assumes 100% responsibility for presentation and quality of products dispatched.
-To acquire in depth knowledge of food and beverage menu.
-Receives training for FSC enhancement and focus carefully on various elements and tasks taught on a daily basis.
-Ensures guest special request on products are followed before dispatching.
-Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diplo Course Certificate in Food Technolo, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitali Management or equivalent.
-Preferably more than 3 year experience specialized in Fo Service or equivalent.
