•Overseeing the company’s income, expenses and maintaining daily ledgers coming from all departments internally
•Follow up on SOA with oversea agencies in a strict manner in terms of content and schedule
•Writing financial reports and cash-flow statements both monthly and annually
•Communicating with other executives / departments to maximize profits and decrease costs
•Monitor the outstanding accounts receivable from agencies, contractors, customers and vendors upon the request of
management
•Monitoring financial trends
•Authorizing budgets
•Monitoring company finances
•Performing data entry
•Overseeing the completion of financial statements
•Doenting standard operating procedures
•Overseeing the organizations financial wellbeing
•Preparing statutory accounts
•Reviewing financial performance and collaborating with external auditors
•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
•2 - 3 years of working experience within the field of Shipping and Logistics in Finance
•Educational Doents must be MOFA Attested
