» Always analyze the market and need be updated to meet existi customers needs on time.
» Reach out new profitable customer leads through cold calling / analyzing assigned territory and track sales.
» Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
» Proper coordination and team work with all other departments
» Weekly report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, ways to improve sales and potential for new products and services to respective departments
