Roles & Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Assistant you are responsible to provide excellent customer service, working to meet the needs of these special guests. A team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to please the guests.
• To provides all guests with undivided attention and to provide the best possible service
• Responsible for the food and beverage service throughout the day.
• Ensuring the lounge is properly maintained at all times
• Monitor the stocks for all the self-service areas, cleans up after guests, assists with food service preparation, sets the area up for service and more
• Monitor the highest level of Food Hygiene.
• To have full knowledge of Guest-ware and to use information daily for follow up.
• Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watchi to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
• Must be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services.
12th Pass
Age - 18-30 years
can speak well in English (knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage)
well groomed and presentable
Fresher and experience both are welcome
