The responsibilities of sales agents include:
*Actively engage with new client leads and convert them to new clients according to regulations
*Assist clients with account opening and first deposit
Achieve personal and team sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Sales

*All agents should meet company expectations and K targets.
*All agents are divided into teams that have their own team leaders, whom the agents can contact if they have any difficulties or need any work-related assistance.
Candidates undergo 5-6 days of training which will equip them with necessary information relating to the brand they will be assigned. Training on the use of the following systems: customer database, CRM.
