Maintain a neat and well – groomed appearance
· Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
· Listen actively and respond with empathy.
· Polite in answering and forwarding phone calls on time.
· Proficiency in MS word, Outlook, Excel, Internet
· Accurate and fast typing skills
· Set priorities, plan and organize tasks.
· Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
· Clearly determine the purpose of the call
· Greet visitors.
· Maintain visitor register
· Offer refreshments to visitors where appropriate
· Direct visitors to correct person
· Ensure back up when absent from reception desk
· Proper Documentation.
· Monitor, Control and order office stationery supplies
· Conference room booking
· Ensure cleanliness at reception.
· Maintain and organize reading material
· Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
· Represent organization in an ethical and professional manner
· Maintain a complete knowledge of organizational structure, personnel names and titles
