The Hideout Night Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the Dubai Marina is looking for a Hostess. Candidate must be based in Dubai or in UAE who willing to relocate to job location.
REQUIRED CANDIDATES WITH A PLEASANT OUTGOING PERSONALITY AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Description
Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners and and inform the Manager for him to coordinate the needed preparations
Greet arriving customers with a friendly and welcoming approach, seat them and provide menus as they wait for the wait to serve them
Meet, greet and escort guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to their reserved tables throughout the Club, and pass relevant messages and responsibility to floor colleagues
Ensure to confirm all booking and reservations :Check in guests, match with bookings and accept walk in members and guests if tables are available
Handle members and guests’ enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate assistance or information
Answer all incoming reservations calls as quickly as possible, and maximize covers to achieve the daily recommended.
