HR Assistant (Visa & Migration)
About the Role:
Expert Concept LLC, a leading Visa & Migration company, is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a strong understanding of HR principles and a passion for providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Onboarding:
* Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
* Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant doentation.
* Conduct onboarding orientation for new hires.
* Employee Relations:
* Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Assist with employee grievances and disciplinary actions, as needed.
* Visa & Immigration Processing:
* Coordinate with immigration authorities and other relevant agencies to ensure smooth visa and residence permit processing for clients.
* Prepare and submit visa applications, supporting doents, and fees.
* Track visa processing timelines and provide regular updates to clients.
* HR Administration:
* Manage employee attendance and leave records.
* Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records.
* Client Support:
* Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the visa and migration process.
* Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a visa and migration company.
* Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
