About the Job: -
* Mainly Focusing on the Personnel tasks.
* Tracking employees vacation balance.
* Support for all personnel activities.
* Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system.
* Handling HR letters including salary transfer letters of personal loans.
* Maintaining Employees Data on Success Factors (adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes).
Tracking employees vacation balances.
* Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system.
Job Requirements: -
* 2 years experience Maximum.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent computer skills.
* very good command of English.
