**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Operations Executive** to support the daily HR functions within our real estate company. The ideal candidate will handle HR processes, ensure policy compliance, and provide operational support to streamline workforce management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and doentation (contracts, letters, etc.).
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance, leave, and other HR data.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across all departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for training, compliance, and performance management activities.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist in recruitment coordination – scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and candidate doentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations; real estate experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
