1. Responsible for making and distributing monthly staff salaries.
2. Responsible for recruitment and resume screening, entry and resignation procedures.
3. Responsible for staff attendance management, checking attendance every month, sending letters regularly to urge staff who are late, and updating leave ledger records regularly
4. Responsible for employee visa management, assisted in visa extension and cancellation, and timely updated the ledger
5. Responsible for the management of staff personal files and updating the staff information base regularly
6. Responsible for other work assigned by department leaders
