Roles and Responsibilities:
• Stocking shelves, arranging products attractively, and ensuring proper labeling.
• Checking stock levels and replenishing products.
• Helping customers find products and answering queries.
• Greeting customers and addressing any billing concerns.
• Handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally.
• Informing customers about ongoing deals and loyalty programs.
• Inspecting and organizing incoming goods.
• Moving items from storage to sales floors as needed.
• Ensuring products are in good condition and within expiry dates.
