Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial records for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable for timely invoice and payment processing.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Process payroll while ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements.
Assist in budget development and financial forecasting.
Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Oversee tax filings and ensure timely submission of required doents.
Reconcile discrepancies by analyzing account information.
Support audits with necessary doentation and assistance.
Stay informed on changes in financial regulations and accounting principles.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Experience working in real estate or related industry.
Experience in book keeping and managing accounts.
