•Designs interior spaces, including permanent architectural details and temporary elements.
•Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
•Strong graphics and visualization skills to communicate design ideas
•Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
•Assesses and meets client requirements through regular meetings and conferences
•Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs ArchiCAD AutoCAD, 3Dmax, SketchUp, Lumion 3D, Photoshop, V Ray and hand-drawing skills.
•Selects design strategies and color palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments
Enhances and improves interior spaces’ functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and décor
•Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
•Must have experienced in preparing BOQ
•Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds
•Adheres to national and local building and safety codes with every design element
•Works closely with various colleagues, including architects, artists, contractors, painters, upholsterers, and building inspectors

• Must be an Architecture Graduate
• Must have at least 1 - 2 years of related experience
• Strong communication skills
