Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and Conceptualization:
- Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Lumion.
- Utilize rendering tools like Vray and Corona to create high-quality visualizations of design proposals.
2. Client Interaction:
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and adherence to project timelines.
3. Project Management:
- Manage the full cycle of interior design projects from initial client meetings to final execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and furniture, ensuring they align with the design concept and quality standards.
4. Site Supervision:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of the project and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the execution phase, providing solutions that maintain project integrity and client satisfaction.
5. Technical Proficiency:
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and software tools relevant to interior design.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using design software to create detailed and accurate technical drawings and renderings.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all design proposals and project executions comply with local regulations and standards in the UAE.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities for project execution.
7. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with other design professionals, including architects and engineers, to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into the overall project.
- Collaborate with the internal team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative design ideas.
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Indian, Filipino
- must be residing in Dubai or within UAE
- Bachelors Degree in Architectural
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer in the UAE.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Corona Render, 3Ds Max, and Lumion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of interior design projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of UAE regulations and standards related to interior design and construction.
