-To be the primary contact for the customer for all current affairs: offers, orders, back-orders,
questions with regard to invoice, complaints, logistical aspects, outstanding items.
- Acting as back-up for the colleagues so that the continuity of the service towards the customer is
guaranteed (according to the agreements within the team)
- Collaborating constructively and communicating with all departments within TVH and
stimulating colleagues from other departments to work together on a high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately registering all information in the system.
- Providing a correct administration.
- Reacting to incoming calls, e-mail and informing the customer further course of action.
- Proactively contacting customers with regard to marketing actions, promotions, new Products.
- Active prospection of new customers and results follow-up.
- Acquiring a good knowledge of the activities and business needs of the customer.
- Initiate promotional actions in collaboration with the Marketing department
