Position : IT Sales Executive
Job Location : Dubai
Salary : Will be discussed during Interview based on Experience.
The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.
Skills & Responsibilities
• Ability to understand the customer requirement and suggest ample solutions inline with Company portfolio.
• Sound knowledge about Server, Storage & Virtualization concept
• Sound knowledge about Cybersecurity solutions (such as Endpoint Security, Email Security, Firewalls, PAM etc.)
• Knowledge to pitch and position UC products and Solutions
• Good at handling competition and negotiations.
• Achieving the assigned sales targets
• Should carry and maintain a strong customer database.
• Well-disciplined on CRM Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
Qualifications
• B.Te. - CS or related field
• 2-3 years' of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
