- Present, promote and sell products (ERP Systems) to existing and prospective clients.
- Perform needs analysis of existi clients.
- Establish and strengthen relationship with n clients
- Follow up and ensure collection of all dues
- Setup and attend meetings with clients
- Follow up and finalize resolution of customers complaints
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Provide management with regular reports on customers needs, competition, new products, existing products movement
