Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for expanding the company's customer base and developing relationships with existing and potential clients. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Expanding the Customer Base: Identifying new clients and potential business opportunities in the market.
Client Visits: Scheduling and conducting regular visits to potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Following Up on Client Orders: Managing current client orders, ensuring smooth execution, and following up on deliveries and after-sales service.
Achieving Sales Targets: Working towards achieving monthly and annual sales goals set by management.
Reporting: Preparing periodic reports on sales activities and providing analyses of market and client performance.
Building Strong Relationships: Developing long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve set goals.
Proficiency in using computer programs and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
A valid driver's license
