*Must have a minimum 3 years working for a Interior Fitout and Joinery and must have proven experience in successful completion of high end residential and commercial projects. Project references and details will be asked during the interview.
*Must be able to create detailed shop drawings for Interior Fitout & joinery projects. Should have completed a minimum of 20 high-end residential and commercial projects.
*Should be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
*Ability to work Industry timings as per the project requirements.
*Must be knowledgeable on Industry standards in finishes and experienced in working with the Fitout, Joinery team and site engineers for successful execution of the project.
*Must be practical and should be able to foresee discrepancies between site conditions, materials and drawings.
*Must be able to act fast when there are required changes due to site or materials.
*Must be able to prepare free hand section details for the team on-site
*Must be able to Execute the design to practical sizes and materials.
*Knowledge of creating BOQ's and Cutting list
*Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions
*Prepare transmittal and drawing submission for DM & Community Management approvals.
