Full Job Description
- Must have working experience in UAE. Preferably experienced in SHARJAH AIRPORT FREEZONE.
- Must experienced in IMPORT / EXPORT shipping doentation, customs BILL OF ENTRIES AND EXIT, cross trade shipments and doentation.
- Arrange orders and stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers.
- Manage order preparation and shipment respecting Business rules and requests (time, quantity and quality).
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse IN / OUT stock, executed orders etc.
- Prepare invoice for orders and deliveries as part of record keeping measures and evidence of transaction.
- Keep records of all shipping activities, doenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes
- To ensure all doentation and stock updates are done in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Must have 2 - 3 year of UAE work Experience.
